Hubby and I always say It feels like we are cheating but we are not! We say this when we eat the egg loaf along with most of the foods we eat. For todays egg loaf batch I used Angel Posadas-Miller (Angel’s Purple Pantry) technique of adding the batter into a pan that has hot oil.
