Running and eating healthy is my new norm. I have cheat meals but when I do I feel so bloated and guilty. It’s not even worth it to me. Running has become part of my schedule and I love it. Sometimes I run 5 miles and sometimes I run 2. Regardless of the distance I make sure I run. I think consistency is key. Happy Wednesday. I ate leftovers for lunch and had wings for dinner.
